How do I make my reservation?

Submit the form on the Reservations page HERE or reach out to Sarah at Sarah@fitfoodywellness.com and say “I want to reserve my spot for the retreat!”

We’ll need to know which room type you are reserving and who will be staying with you. If you’re requesting a Double Occupancy room, we’ll need the name, email and phone number of your travel partner.

After receiving your reservation request, we will send you instructions for making your deposit. Each room requires just one individual to make payments and all guests are responsible for working out reimbursements with their respective travel partners. Both guests will receive the retreat Booking Agreement, Waiver and Guest Questionnaire.  After receiving your deposit and completed forms from both guests, you are ready to book your travel!

What is included in “All Inclusive”?

Think of this as an intimate, all-inclusive boutique & wellness resort…except we won’t up-charge you for classes, workshops and excursions. Once you arrive at the estate, all food, beverages, fitness, hiking, transportation, workshops and entertainment is included until it’s time for you to leave. Getting to & from the estate is not included.

Getting there:

Fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The estate is located in North-Scottsdale and is a 35 minute Uber/Lyft ride from the airport. We can’t wait to welcome you to the estate and you may arrive any time after 2pm on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024.

Tell me about the fitness experiences!

Each morning will offer outdoor fitness classes led by Sarah on the lawn or patio. Choose a low intensity experience (like mat-Pilates, or barre) and/or, a higher-intensity cardio class like kickboxing or interval training. All classes are adaptable and accommodating to each participant.

Tell me about the hikes!

Late-morning, choose to join us as we explore the area on foot. We’ll transport you to a local hiking trail of a moderate intensity and a low elevation (no scary cliffs), and we’ll take in the scenery during our 1-2 hour adventure. Hiking adventures are on Thursday, Friday and Saturday mornings. All movement activities are optional and the property is yours to enjoy if you opt out.

Tell me about the food!

We love to eat really good food. Our best memories are at a table with remarkable food and conversation. To us, there is no better way to end a day in the sun than with the perfect glass of wine and a meal that excites the taste buds and satisfies the soul. Simply put, we value nourishing our body but we want to be WOW-ED by the experience, and thus you can have the same expectations. We’ve put this passion and attention into selecting menus and recipes that strike the perfect balance between excitement, flavor and nutrients to fuel our heads, heart and bodies.

Are there snacks or food available in addition to the meals?

Absolutely! Snacks and sweet treats are available 24/7!

What if I don’t want to participate in an activity or experience?

That’s totally OK! This experience is for your soul so if an activity isn’t feeling right, you can enjoy the property instead.

What if I can’t stay for the entire retreat?

We’d love to have you for the entirety of the retreat, but sometimes life happens. Unfortunately we are unable to prorate or offer refunds for partial stays as our costs remain the same. We recommend travel insurance to minimize any stress.

How can I reserve a Single Occupancy Queen room as a Double Occupancy?

Just let us know you intend to have an additional person in the room with you when you make your reservation request. There will be an additional fee for the second person.

Who should go on this retreat?

If you are a woman invigorated by movement, gorgeous scenery, great food & drinks, mindfulness & meditation and the company of others fuel your soul, The Revival Retreat is for you.

What is the payment and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to make your reservation. You will have 7 days to cancel for a full refund less a $100 processing fee, after which we can refund you 50% of your deposit amount. This is largely due to the payment commitments we must also make as we schedule and plan this customized experience. The second payment is due September 15th. You have the option to pay in full upon initial booking. This small business appreciates checks but other payment options include Venmo or CC with payment link.

What if the other person in my Double Occupancy room drops out?

The total cost of a double occupancy room still applies and is the responsibility of the primary guest, but we encourage you to find another travel companion to share the experience with you!

What is this “entertainment” you keep mentioning?

Sometimes a delightful, yet unexpected surprise can light you up! So, we’re going to keep our lips zipped on this for now…
